If you are counsel or a client
Existing mandates carried over unchanged. The same people you worked with at Velvet Payments administer your file today.
If you received a notice
Court notices, letters and emails sent before the change may still show the Velvet Payments name or web address. They remain valid, and those links now lead here.
We rebranded as Concilia to reflect our passion, commitment and expertise in claims administration. The name changed; the people, the standards and the obligations did not.
