  1. whose paint experienced peeling in patches (delamination) and/or accelerated degradation while the vehicle was less than eight (8) years old; and/or
  2. where Honda failed to disclose to customers about to purchase or lease a vehicle the existence of a risk of paint delamination affecting its vehicles.
