All natural persons and legal entities who purchased or entered into a long-term lease of a Honda brand motor vehicle—Civic, Accord, CR-V, Odyssey, or Pilot—between 2006 and 2013:
- whose paint experienced peeling in patches (delamination) and/or accelerated degradation while the vehicle was less than eight (8) years old; and/or
- where Honda failed to disclose to customers about to purchase or lease a vehicle the existence of a risk of paint delamination affecting its vehicles.
