The Settlement Class
All physical persons domiciled or having been domiciled in Quebec who, since October 1st 2007, paid to the defendants TELUS Communications Company or TELUS – Mobility early termination fees greater than 201,38 $ for a landline telephone contract or $226.71 for a wireless telephone contract, as long as this contract was concluded before June 30th 2010.
Claims Deadline
The deadline for submitting your claim is one (1) year after the notice to members is sent.
